Ready, Set, Regret (Or Not! )

My three-night stay was a mix of highs and lows. The breakfast was fantastic, offering plenty of fresh and delicious choices. The staff greeted me warmly and anticipated my needs! But the check-in was initially rocky due to an unpleasant encounter. Ultimately, their exceptional service saved the day!

good stay but entrance issues

The check-in process was seamless after my initial struggle. The staff at the counter were excellent and made me feel welcome. I particularly enjoyed the mountain view from my room, which added a lovely backdrop to my stay. The location is convenient for exploration too.

The entrance was a bit tricky to navigate, especially on a motorcycle.

The pricing was unexpectedly high, leading to confusion. I felt misled as the hotel was presented to me as associated with the Grand Hyatt. Breakfast options were limited, and late arrivals faced a tough choice due to poor replenishment.

Had a great time with friends! The spacious rooms were perfect after a long day. We hit up the nearby shopping mall and explored some local restaurants. Breakfast was included with a variety to choose from, though it could use a bit more selection. Overall, great stay.

The only downside was that the coffee machine in the room wasn't consistent and the morning coffee was a bit tasteless.

The spacious King Room with Sofa Bed was relaxing and clean, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Room service food was excellent, particularly the delicious cakes. Security was always present and attentive, ensuring safety was never a concern. However, communication with some staff was occasionally challenging due to limited English proficiency. More variety in the common area seating could enhance comfort for all guests.

The hotel exudes elegance with its bright and airy design, making it feel inviting. The lobby is spacious and easy to navigate, ensuring comfort and accessibility for seniors like myself. Staff attentiveness added to a warm atmosphere.

Awesome stay overall!

The breakfast spread was killer—fresh fruits, pastries, and made-to-order eggs. The gym was well-kept too. Just wish there were more dining options nearby, as it felt a bit limited for my longer stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful, made everything easy.

convenient access to parks and convention center

I appreciated the incredibly friendly staff who anticipated my needs and how easy it was to stroll to Parque de Santander, where I could enjoy the greenery and people-watch while being only a short walk away from the convention center for quick access to events.

Totally recommend for a speedy visit

Spacious rooms, comfortable bed, good shower made my stay enjoyable, and the included breakfast offered a great variety of food, perfect to fuel up before exploring the city, with a convenient location just 15 km from the airport.
